Hand Phone Photography : Swimming Pool

pool

Wave and ripples distort the tiled grid lines that make up the swimming pool floor.  Some highlight from the sun . It is actually the purplish water that attracted me.

Racing game

You can have a camera that mount to the F1 race car and you see what the driver sees and the video feed is fed into a virtual race car game with the player at the seat then everyone gets to drive the F1 car during the F1 race. So if  the player fast enough to mimic the F1 driver then good , if not his virtual car crash and game over.

Compositing real video footage into a video game

In film , the real live footage is composited with virtual 3D models why not have this same concept applied to games. Eg you can mount a video camera on the overhead bridge the have life video feed of the cars on the road. Next you have this life feed into a video game with your virtual car on the real life video from the bridge. There will be image recognition of moving cars of from the video And if your virtual car hits the real car from the video feed  it’s game over.

The image recognition can be set using the empty road image and divided into areas . When there are cars that area image fails and if your virtual car happens to be at the same area then game over.

Reality game concept : taxi game show : surveillance game

We have surveillance cameras for the streets of Singapore and players view the life videos of what is happening on the streets . Each player controls a taxi . The player directs the taxi to the passenger for pickup and also directs the taxi driver which road to take to the passenger designation. The taxi driver cannot pickup any passenger he sees on the road but only the passengers directed by the player. In the end of the day , the player whose taxi collects the most amount of money wins.
